Machining
Electrical wiring harness processing and custom assemblies
from drawing to finished product
We work from customer drawings or from samples, using state-of-the-art equipment for every processing phase and software tools for planning, traceability and quality control. Our technical team supports the customer in choosing the best wiring solution based on electrical, mechanical and environmental requirements.
1
Design from drawing or sample
Co-engineering
- From specifications/drawings: analysis of bill of materials, terminations, lengths and tolerances.
- From samples: reverse engineering, creation of technical documentation and processing cycles.
- Technical support: advice on connection type, conductor cross-section, protection and finishes for reliability and maintainability.
Output for the customer
Bill of materials (BOM), prototypes/sampling, timing and testing plan.
2
Cutting and brushing cables
What we do
- Single-core cables: cutting and stripping from 0.10 to 95 mm².
- Multi-core cables: stripping up to Ø 20 mm, sheath removal up to 9 m.
Why it's important
Clean and repeatable processing reduces waste, assembly time and defects in subsequent phases.
3
Terminal crimping and swaging
What we do
- Automatic swaging of terminals according to DIN standards (non-insulated faston and similar).
- Use of terminals from leading brands (e.g. Molex, AMP/TE, Inarca, Cembre, Tyco, Zetronic).
- Crimping of power terminals up to 16 mm² with electropneumatic press.
Benefit
Mechanically robust electrical connections that are stable over time, ready for production lines and harsh environments.
4
Assembly of electrical, electromechanical and electronic components
What we do
- Assembly of connectors, cable lugs, switches, relays, contactors, fuse holders, plugs/sockets, boards and subassemblies.
- Modular assemblies ready for installation according to customer specifications.
Benefit
A single partner for wiring + assembly → reduction of suppliers, lead times and integration costs.
5
Potting (mechanical and electrical protection)
What we do
- Potting/encapsulation of junctions, connectors or subassemblies for protection from humidity, dust, vibrations and impacts.
- Resin selection based on temperature, dielectric, viscosity and gel times.
Benefit
Greater reliability in difficult environments and extended product life.
6
Conductor preparation and tinning
What we do
- Preparation of conductor ends (cleaning/preparation of strands).
- Tinning of wires and pads to improve wettability and conductivity.
Benefit
More stable contacts, less oxidation, better performance in soldering or screwing.
7
Complex wiring harnesses
What we do
- Creation of cable harnesses and complex sub-harnesses for machines and systems.
- Layout and conductor identification, markings, protective sheaths and tubing.
Benefit
Simple integration into machines, facilitated maintenance and reduced field errors.
8
Automatic cable tying and finishing
What we do
- Automatic cable tying for organized bundles, spacers and fixing accessories.
- Control of bending radii, strain reliefs and anti-abrasion protection.
Benefit
Organization and robustness of wiring, regardless of installation context.
9
Quality control and testing
What we do
- Electrical tests: continuity, insulation, possible dielectric test upon request.
- Mechanical checks: crimp height control, pull test on samples, dimensional measurements.
- Traceability: material batch, machine parameters and final reports upon request.
Benefit
Consistently excellent finished product quality
Frequently asked questions about processing
Do you work only from drawings or also from samples?
Also from samples: we perform reverse engineering and generate documentation.
What cable cross-sections do you handle in power crimping?
Crimps up to 16 mm² with electropneumatic press (others upon request).
What terminal brands do you use?
We are equipped for the main industrial standards (e.g. Molex, AMP/TE, Inarca, Cembre, Tyco, Zetronic).
Can you provide test reports?
Yes, with measurements and tests agreed upon at order stage.
